Moto Z (2017) Leaked in Moto Marketing
The second generation Moto Z is expected to launch some time this year, however, the date has not been revealed yet. In the wake of leaks and rumors, a photograph of the Moto Z v2.0 surfaced at the Mobile World Congress, 2017, but nobody took notice – until now. In the image given below, taken by Android Central, Motorola accidentally (or not), revealed the image of an unreleased Moto smartphone. Speculations suggest that it is the Moto Z (2017).
The leaked image of the Moto Z (2017) suggests that the second-gen Moto Z will have an oval-shaped fingerprint scanner.
Not many leaks have surfaced regarding the Moto Z, however, a recent Geekbench listing suggested that Motorola has plans of introducing a high-end smartphone. The listing also revealed that the high-end smartphone from Motorola will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset and will pack 4GB of RAM. However, this smartphone could either be the Moto X (2017) or the Moto Z (2017).
The Moto Z (2017) will be a Moto smartphone to look out for. Given that rumors have started surfacing already, it won’t be long before the phone is ready for a launch. Another reason to believe that the smartphone, indeed, is Moto Z is a tweet by Diana Goovaerts.

Sprint has been showing off an unreleased Moto smartphone at Sprint’s event for its Gigabit LTE service, in New Orleans. While the smartphone in the above picture is taped so that visitors at the event cannot make out its shape and features, it is most likely the Moto Z (2017).
The actual features of the Moto Z will only be known when the phone is launched, however, insights about the phone will keep surfacing, courtesy leaks.
