Xiaomi Mi 6 Smartphone Leaked Sketches Reveal Dual Camera Setup
The Xiaomi Mi 6, next in-line for a launch by Xiaomi, has been surrounded by rumors for quite a while now. A recent report also suggested that the Mi 6 might be launched next month, on April 16, 2017.
While rumors have continued to surface, there’s another one which has been reported by a Chinese microblogging website. A post on the website has revealed sketches of the Xiaomi Mi 6 that shows a dual camera setup on the smartphone.
The sketches have unveiled the design of the Xiaomi Mi 6, suggesting that the top and bottom of the smartphone’s frame might have thick bezels, while the one on the sides will be slimmer. The sketch also shows off a front-mounted physical home button, which will probably have an integrated fingerprint sensor. Also, a USB-C type port can be seen in the sketch, with external speaker grills on either side. On the side of the Mi 6 smartphone, you can see the power button and the volume modulating buttons.
Another sketch shows the back of the Xiaomi Mi 6, with the Mi logo on it. The sketch makes it quite evident that the Mi 6 will probably carry a dual camera setup, along with dual LED flash placed next to the camera sensors.
In what we already know, the Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to be launched with Android 7.0 Nougat running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. Reports have also suggested that the Mi 6 might house the same camera as the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, which has three 1/2.3 inch sensors.
