Xiaomi Redmi 4A was launched globally in November 2016, however, it had not been launched in India. The Redmi 4A has a 5-inch HD display with a 1280 x 720 px resolution.
The budget smartphone from Xiaomi runs on the Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 425 chipset with a Quad-core processor and Adreno 308 GPU. The rear snapper on the Redmi 4A has a 13MP sensor with auto-focus and LED flash, the front-facing camera on the other hand has a 5MP sensor. Though the Redmi 4A was originally launched with two storage variants, only the 16GB variant will be available on March 23.
Xiaomi Redmi 4A will pack 2GB RAM with 16GB of internal storage and microSD storage expandability up to 128GB. The Redmi 4A will be powered by a non-removable 3120 mAh Li-ion battery. Xiaomi claims that the Redmi 4A is the lightest smartphone in the Redmi series.
