Honor 8 pro has officially been launched in India for a price of Rs. 29,999. The phone will be sold on Amazon on Prime Day for a limited sale model.

The Honor 8 Pro has a whopping 128 GB of storage along with 6GB of RAM. The Honor 8 Pro runs on the Kirin 960 chipset which is an octacore chip – four high-performance Cortex A73 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four low-power Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.8Ghz.

The Camera setup consists of two cameras, 12+12 MP shooters, where one is a monochrome camera while the other is RGB. The Honor 8 Pro can combine the aperture to deliver an extremely wide f/0.95. The Phone also shoot 4K video at 30fps. The front camera is an 8 MP shooter with an f/2.0 aperture and capable of 1920 x 1080p video.

The phone also has a large 4000 mAh battery and fast charge capabilities, with long battery modes built into Honor’s user interface.

The Honor 8 pro has Android Nougat out of the box along with EMUI 5.1 which has some interesting shortcuts and customizations. More importantly the Honor 8 pro has a 5.7 inch QHD display which beats the competition right our of the park.\

The box of the Honor 8 Pro doubles up as a VR headset, thanks to the included lenses and eye cutout. check out our Full Unboxing below:
