    Yes, the Samsung SCH-1589 DuOS CDMA+GSM only seems to have “fast” internet access (broadband internet) ONLY through the CDMA SIM’s EVDO connection.

    I activated this on a Reliance OMH SIM by Settings >> Wireless and Networks >> Mobile Networks >> Use Packet data & Data Roaming (if you are roaming).
    After this a small Ev symbol appeared next to the CDMA SIM ‘C” symbols and I got pretty fast access to Internet.

    But no 2G or 3G on the GSM SIM could be activated by me. Maybe only the CDMA EVDO works for internet access.
