Macbook and iMac to get an Update – Refreshed Chassis
In January 2011, Supposedly, Steve Jobs (CEO of Apple Computers) will announce the new iPad 2. Now, Digitimes is reporting that there will also be a iMac refresh along with some changes in the Macbook Pro lineup. ) Macbook Pros will receive a slight change in the design. They will also, possibly, ship with Intel’s new Sandy Bridge line of processors that are scheduled to be announced at the Consumer Electronics Show 2011.
In terms of the iMac a cheaper variant is expected out of Apple’s Stable, which would cater to all mainstream computing requirements. However, A touchscreen iMac could be an game changer for Apple.
OSX LION 10.7 was also scheduled for the early 2011, So, this could mean that it will start shipping in the new package. Perhaps, Hopefully?

Well I am unsure I welcome the idea of a touch screen iMac in the rumor mill, but I would like to embrace the iPad upgrade as well as the Idea of upgrades to iMac and MacBook Pro lines.
