Spice Joins The 5-Incher Battle with Quad-Core CoolPad Mi-515 At Rs 9,900
Spice has launched its first CoolPad series smartphone in India at Rs. 9,900. The Spice CoolPad Mi-515 is a 5-inch dual-sim Android smartphone with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The device also features a qHD resolution (960 × 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, and the Spice CoolPad Mi-515 runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.1. The Spice Coolpad Mi-515 comes with a primary 5 MP camera with LED flash and a front facing VGA camera. Packing a 2000 mAh Li-ion battery, this device has 1 GB RAM memory and 4 GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. The Spice Coolpad Mi-515 also includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS/ aGPS.
Spice Mobility has tied up with CoolPad, a Chinese handsets player for CoolPad smartphone series to launch their first handset in India. Spice claims this DTS audio enabled smartphone has already been sold in excess of 1 million units globally.
