Nexus 5 Shows Up In A Video Running Kitkat 4.4 Along With Leaked Images, Spigen Claims Oct 31 Release
Leaked FCC images of the Nexus 5 and all the other rumors around it started to grow since the first spotted Nexus 5 in the Android Kitkat unveiling video. Now 9to5google has posted two very short videos and few images which they received from a tipster.
Short videos posted by the website doesn’t reveal much and only shows the pattern attempts to unlock the device. Whereas the back of the device in the posted image shows the similar design as it was spotted first in the video. The similar camera with the flash and the nexus branding which has been covered with the sticker in this.
Recently the FCC documents revealed that the alleged Nexus 5 will feature a 4.96-inch display, most probably of 1080p resolution. Also it has been rumoured to get a Snapdragon 800 chipset and a 13MP camera.
Although yesterday AusDriod stated that Google and LG will unveil the Nexus 5 on Monday, October 14th. But today SPIGEN, which makes cases for iOS and Android devices points out to a 31st October release date for Nexus 5. We have seen this website previously confirming the name iPhone 5c and also the Note 3 global launch date, so this could be one another prominent leak by them if that turns out to be true. So far all this has been rumoured for the Nexus 5, hence we cannot confirm any of this at present.
