Nokia has broken every possible camera record, with its new Nokia 808 PureView Smartphone. The new 4 inch 360 x 640 (nHD) device runs a new featured version of Belle OS on a 1.3GHz single-core chip and  512MB of RAM and 16GB onboard storage. But, all these things are not what make the purview 808 special, its actually the camera technology. The PureView 808 is capable of capturing images at a whopping 41 Megapixels and 34-megapixels for 16:9 images, the camera also shoots 1080p with continuous autofocus. Â

Wow, Sammy has just announced a new Tablet at MWC 2012, and its a large size Galaxy Note. The Galaxy Note 10.1 is an S-Pen equipped version of the similar Galaxy Tab announced earlier. The Tablet will run on TouchWiz customized version of Android Ice Cream Sandwich and has a 1.4GHz dual-core CPU with 1GB of RAM. Unfortunately you cannot use the phone features  on the Note 10.1, but it does have a sim card slot capable of  HSPA+.  Standard WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0 are also in the mix, with the cameras from the original Tab, 3-megapixel rear and 2 Mp front. The Tab also has the newer higher res display – 1280 x 800px WXGA.
Sony Mobile Communications is aiming high to get back into the Mobile business, with the new Xperia P, this new device from Sony’s arsenal is the second phone to be announced after the SE breakup. The Xperia P will join the Xperia U in Q2 2012 release cycle for Sony’s Debut handsets.Â

There we go, just like that Sony Mobile Communications has debuted their first solo smartphone at the MWC 2012. The device has a 3.5-inch bravia engine Reality Display, a 1GHz dual-core processor and five megapixel camera. Sony is claiming a 6.5 hours of talk time on their debutant, which seems like good battery promise. The Xperia U will come with Android 2.3  but will also be upgraded to ICS soon afterwards.Â
The device is expected to be available in Q2 2012 , no release cycle or price point is available yet. Either way the device is a good looking addition from Sony into the Android world.
HTC has announced their new One Series lineup at the Mobile World Congress 2012 at Barcelona, Spain. To add on to this line up a new smartphone dubbed the One V has also been announced. The One V will feature Sense 4.0 overlaid on top of Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The device is constructed with a titanium flavored aluminum unibody shell and has three hardware buttons. The One V has a 3.7-inch WVGA LCD with Gorilla Glass, 1GHz single-core processor and 512 MB Ram. HTC has announced a new flagship smartphone for their 2012 line of One Series. The new HTC One X aka “Endeavour”  is a unibody device machined from white polycarbonate that uses Gorilla Glass for a 4.7-inch 1280×720 px Super LCD 2 display. The device will use NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor for the Global edition and a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core for the US LTE version.

MWC 2012 : HTC Has announced its unified one brand of Smartphones for it next-gen Android lineup.  With at least four smartphones already announced for the next quarter HTC expects to regain the high profit streams that t lost out in the previous quarter.  The One brand devices will all primarily feature three things excellent imaging, integrated Beats audio and industrial design. HTC has already tied up with 130 carriers worldwide to carry their new lineup of smartphones, as well as over a 1000 distribution partners in countries like India.
Looks like information on the, due to be released today, Nokia Windows Phone Lumia 610 has been outed. The phones has a substantially lower end spec lineup but the price seems to be the attractive aspect of the device. Priced at a mere Rs. 11,000, the device is expected to change Nokia’s bad outlook in recent times and may also give a heavy boost to Windows Phone as an OS. The Lumia 610 will feature a 3.2-inch display and a 3 MP camera. It will also run Windows Phone Tango, running on just 256MB RAM.

Samsung has announced its updated projector phone dubbed the ‘Galaxy Beam’. The Beam comes with Android 2.3 and a 1GHz dual-core CPU, and is equipped with an integrated projector of 15 lumen brightness. The Beam also has 4-inch WVGA screen 8GB of onboard storage and  768 MB of RAM , along with a 2000 mAh battery to keep it going. The Galaxy Beam can supposedly rock a 50 inch wide projection in a nice low light environment.

Samsung has just announced the new Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 inch at the MWC 2012. This new upgraded version of the tablet features a higher  1280 x 800px resolution, the same 1Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, front and rear cameras (VGA and 3-megapixels, respectively) as in the first Tab. In case of the 3G version you get 21Mbps HSPA+. The tablet has a 7,000 mAh battery and TouchWiz UI on top of Ice Cream Sandwich. The Tab 2 10.1 retains its 9.7mm thickness and 588g of weight.
The Tab 2 also has 16/32 GB capacities along with an expandability microSD slot of upto 32GB. The tablet will be available in March in the UK and the rest of the world soon [...]
ViewSonic has just released three new smartphones into the market the 4s (not to be confused with iPhone 4s ), 4e and 5e.Â
The ViewPhone 4s features a 3.5-inch 960 x 640 Super Clear IPS LCD (identical to the real 4s)  along with a five-megapixel camera, a VGA front-facing imager and a 1GHz chip, the second device the ViewPhone 4e  has a 3.5-inch 480 x 320 LCD, a slower processor at 650MHz only, a three-megapixel camera and one extra touch button. The third one aka the 5e has a lower 800 × 480 resolution and a larger 5 inch screen.
HP CEO : Meg Whitman, Addressing a conference in Northern California, made it very clear that HP plans on bringing a new line of tablets to the mixup. Intel Based tablets are going to be a big hit in 2012 especially because of the new mobile platform chips made by Intel. HP will use this chips and introduce Windows 8 tablets this year.
