Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 With Camera Slider And Bezel-Less Design Teased
Mi Mix 3, Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone will launch in October this year. The company’s president Lin Bin just posted a render of the still unannounced Mi Mix 3 on Chinese microblogging site Weibo. It is worthy to note that the teaser for the Mi Mix 3 came only a few hours after the teasing of the Honor Magic 2 – a fully bezel-less a bezel-less smartphone with a hidden sliding camera similar to the Oppo Find X. The upcoming Mi Mix 3 also is a bezel-less smartphone with a hidden sliding camera similar to the Oppo Find X.

Slider cameras came into inception with the Vivo NEX S announcement this year at MWC in Barcelona. Later in the year Oppo responded with an even bigger slider on its Find X device. Newcomers Honor Magic 2 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 seem to be following in the same footsteps.
The teaser image for the gives an eyeful of the phone. That said, full specifications of the phone are still not discernible. All we know is that it is fully bezel-less and borrows a camera slider from Oppo Find-X. That said, unlike the Oppo Find X, the entire back part of the Mi Mix 3 slides instead of just the top part. This might indicate that instead of the traditional approach where the camera slides up, Mi Mix 3 users will be able to slide down the display. This again gives rise to a question, will the functionality will be motorised or manual?
Some rumours say that the handset will sport a Samsung QHD+ AMOLED display with COP packaging technology. The Mix 3 may also have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and a 20 MP selfie camera.
