OnePlus is currently gearing up for the launch of its upcoming smartphone, the OnePlus 6T. Recently, OnePlus co-founder revealed that the upcoming device will not feature a headphone jack. Now, the smartphone giant is in news again, but for a whole different reason.

The OnePlus 6 has been a success for various reasons, including good features within an affordable price range. However, the same cannot be said of the latest OnePlus 6 version. In fact, you would have to splurge more than double of what you you’d pay for the latest iPhones. The OnePlus 6 has gotten a high-end makeover after collaborating with the luxury phone customisation firm ‘Hadoro’. The Hadoro OnePlus 6 Carbon costs a whopping €2700, which translates to Rs. 2,26,505. Hadoro claims that the phone case is made of 36 layers of carbon fiber and layers of aircraft aluminum. Moreover, the French luxury brand calls its design a  “Damascus steel wave-like pattern”.

What adds to the aesthetic grace of the smartphone case is the glowing OnePlus logo which is illuminated by scratch-proof sapphire glass crystals. However, underneath the fancy garb it is just a regular variant of the OnePlus 6. You can also get your name or your initials engraved on the frame. Hadoro Paris is famous for giving a luxurious makeover to the high-end lifestyle products, making them even more sophisticated.

The pricey variant of the OnePlus 6 is available on Hadoro’s website, as well as in department stores like Harrods, Monaco and Nous Paris.
