Samsung will celebrate ten years of its Galaxy S flagship next year and the company is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S10 on this occasion. Rumours reveal that the S10 will feature a gamut of new features including ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader and a whole new design. Until now we were making speculations based on the leaks. However, now Samsung itself has confirmed that this time , the phone will get much more than just a normal upgrade.
Samsung’s CEO revealed that the design changes to the Galaxy S10 will be “very significant”. The statement came during a talk with the Chinese media. However, apart from the design, he didn’t divulge further information. Apart from this, the company’s CEO was all praise for the gradient colour scheme of the P20 Pro, which indicates that we might get to see similar colour scheme for the Galaxy S10.
Samsung Galaxy S10: Expected Design Changes
Recently, Samsung dropped a hint about the plan to introduce a flexible and foldable phone at Samsung’s developer conference in November, this year. However, it is clear that the Galaxy S10 won’t be the company’s foldable smartphone. It is likely to look similar to the other Galaxy S-series phones. It is speculated that the smartphone will get a major increase in screen-to-body ratio and a slimmer profile. The upcoming device is also expected to feature a triple rear camera setup along with new amazing colours. Some reports also reveal that the phone may feature a green colour variant. The last time Samsung offered a green coloured flagship was in 2015 with the launch of the Galaxy S6 edge.
