Realme 2 Pro Appears On Geekbench, Benchmark Scores Revealed
The Realme 2 Pro is about to release in India on September 27 and as the launch date is nearing, Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme, recently revealed some specifications of the smartphone. He had revealed that the Realme 2 Pro will be very different from from the Realme 1 and Realme 2 smartphones. It will feature also feature a waterdrop notch and a taller display with a screen-to-body ratio of around 91 percent. He also teased the device, saying that it will get Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset.
Now after these revelations, the device going by the codename OPPO RMX1807, appeared on Geekbench. And according to the benchmark, the Realme 2 Pro will have 8 GB of RAM.
Other Geekbench listings are in the line with the earlier revelation. That is, the upcoming Realme smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC. The listing also suggests that the smartphone will run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
Realme 2 Pro: Expected Specifications & Price In India
While a lot has been revealed about the upcoming Realme smartphone, we are yet not completely sure about a lot of specifications. For now, if we believe some of the rumours, we can expect the device to get a 6.3-inch display. It may also get a FHD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio 19.5:9. Furthermore, the Realme 2 Pro will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, which has been revealed by the company’s CEO himself.
Without giving out much, the Realme CEO shared a tie-bit regarding the price, saying that the upcoming smartphone will fall under the price range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000. So we can expect the Realme 2 Pro to get a price tag of Rs. 12,000 for its base variant.
