Mobvoi Launches Ticwatch C2 Smartwatch And TicPods Free Wireless Earbuds
Mobvoi, a Chinese AI company better know for their creation- the Ticwatch has launched the Ticwatch C2 and TicPods Free. The original Ticwatch was launched back in 2016. The watch featured the company’s own Android-based smartwatch operating system, Ticwear OS. They partnered with Frog Design to release the device. Other than the smartwatch, the company also sells the Tichome smart speaker and TicPods Free wireless earbuds.
It is the successor to the previous smartwatch, the Ticwatch. The device is available in 3 colours for a price of $199 and ships in two sizes, 20 mm and 18 mm for the rose gold variant. The smartwatch is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor and runs on Wear OS. The watch is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. It ships with a 1.3 inch AMOLED display. It has IP68 water and dust resistance rating. The smartwatch also features NFC to support payments via Google Pay. Ticwatch also has an accelerometer, gyroscope and a heart-rate sensor built into it. It is powered by a 400 mAh battery.

Along with the Ticwatch C2, the company also launched TicPods Free. It is a pair of wireless earbuds that are compatible with Alexa, Siri and Google Assistant and can be easily connected to both Android and iOS devices. They ship in a case that supports fast charging for the device and is charged through a Micro USB port. The earbuds are also IPX5 water resistant and offer ambient noise cancellation. The speakers on the earbuds are rated at 92 dB+/-3 dB SPL. Each pair has two differently sized silicone tips to provide a better fit. The earbuds are available on the Mobvoi website for a price of $129 and in 3 different colours.
