Rumor : RIM is ready to bring BBM to iOS and Android

As we reported earlier HERE . Several different sources are confirming that RIM may just be ready to bring the BBM goodness to the iOS and Android operating systems. It will come as a messaging only app and not the full featured messenger on the Blackberry itself, But, it gives an end to the long awaited interconnectivity b/w BB folks and Apple Lovers. The Android version should be out in the near future, or within this year atleast. The iOS version may depend on how Apple approval system looks at the whole interface in the first place.

On both ends Pricing of the app remains unknown. So feel free to speculate on how much the app should be.

iPad 2 possible Leak before launch

Its just a few hours before the Apple iPad 2 is officially announced. But a source from China has just released leaked pictures of the final tablet, or so they claim.

Check out the pics, it appears that the front and back cameras are definitely a go, but the resolution looks like the same old iPad, say it aint true!

Blackberry Monaco – leaked on Video – A CDMA Berry we don’t want?

The upcoming Blackberry Monaco follows where the Storm 2 left out, But, this one is slated for Verizon. That means the version displayed on video is a CDMA phone, something that is not wanted in India. Needless to say a fully optimized GSM version will be available, but looking at the performance of the device in the leak video below, makes us wonder if we really even want a GSM version. Hopefully, RIM can smoothen the OS before the launch.

Here ye, Here ye! The Samsung Galaxy S2 was spotted on the company’s korean website.

- Weighs 116g (4.09 ounces)
- 8.49mm thick or should we say thin!
The article also mentions that 10.1-inch Honeycomb tablet with:

Leaked : Nokia’s Windows Phone 7 concept revealed!

Folks over at Engadget have caught hold of an image that showcases the upcoming Windows Phone Device from Nokia. At the announcement Nokia said that engineers from both Microsoft and Nokia have already spent a lot of time together developing on this. This could mean that, this may as well be the first phone from the Nokia-Microsoft alliance.

Looks like the E5’s big brother just showed up. Engadget’s got a good look at the new E6 to be announced by Nokia. An 8 megapixel camera (possibly the same EDoF unit that’s in the E7) , a dual LED flash; on front, a VGA display.

Nothing to make of in the video except the solid curves and black bold button type things. Ahh damn you marketing gimmicks.

iPad2 Display Leaked

9t05 mac and iFixyouri are reporting that they have spares for the new and upcoming version of the iPad. Namely the display for the iPad2. A 9to5Mac commenter claims to have deciphered the part number to reveal its LG Phillips 9.7-inch XGA 1024 x 768 H-IPS display origins (same resolution as the current iPad, if true). These could also just be newer versions of spares for the existing lineup.

BlackBerry Messenger 6 detailed, promises BB users more interaction than they get.

Details of the BB messenger 6 leaked out, and looks like BB- Addicts will be gaming over the BB scape. It will work on all Blackberries on BB OS 5.0 and above, Allow users to use their BBM name as their gamer name, as well as update their status automatically to reflect completed gaming tasks. BBM 6 would also allow for larger chat groups and cross chat.

Blackberry Curve touch leaked!
Blackberry addicts hold on to your breath.Above is a leaked image of what CrackBerry says is the Curve Touch, codenamed “Malibu,” and it’s all touchscreen. Specs are currently available on a CDMA variant of this phone designed for the US, But, most likely the similar specs will be available for a Global variant aswell,
- 800MHz Qualcomm MSM8655 processor
- 3.25-inch HVGA screen
- 5 megapixel camera with HD video
- 1GB storage with microSD expansion and 512MB of RAM
- GPS, and NFC
These specs are still proposed. But, that is one looker of a Berry.

Leaked :HTC’s upcoming Flagship Android handset and Buttonless Slate

Engadget has been digging around lately and has uncovered quite some information on HTC upcoming lineup for Mobile World Congress. The touchscreen slate prototype has an arcing earpiece and isolated front-facing camera with chrome ring. It also resembles a device earlier spotted which seems identical including the serial number at the bottom of the handset. The 4 buttons at the bottom identify that this device runs Android- 2.3 most probably.

The other device to have been spotted is a buttonless slate, pictured below, The device shows a crocked back along with a nicely large size camera and dual-led flash. This device also has verizon branding, indicating, it probably wont make it to India.
