  • Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Release Announced

What do you get when you mix Rockstar Games’ open world gameplay with the wild west? A perfect brew of mayhem, horse-riding and amazing gameplay. John Marston, the hero of the first Red Dead Redemption game is back and the stakes are quite high this time. Gunslingers, outlaws, horse drawn carriages and a lot of savagery awaits in this game. Rockstar Games are known for the Grand Theft Auto series, L.A. Noire and Max Payne and Red Dead Redemption 2 is nothing less in terms of quality. The game has sold 17 million copies to retailers worldwide which is more than what Red Dead Redemption’s first instalment sold in eight years! The game launched for Xbox and PlayStation on October 26th and the sales haven’t slowed down yet.

Strauss Zelnick, President and CEO of Take-Two Interactive, recently revealed that the online beta for the game will arrive sometime in the end of November. According to a news website, which later deleted the article and agreed to donate over £1 million to charity on behalf of Take Two interactive for their leaks, had mentioned about a battle royale mode in the Red Dead Redemption 2 Online game. If it is indeed true then it will pose a fierce competition for other battle royale games such as PUBG, Fortnite and Call of Duty 4. We are eager to see how things pan out. But for all the PC gamers who are not watching the gameplay walkthrough, so as to not spoil it, here is a chronology of trailers and first looks that the game has brought out till date!

He has to set up camps everywhere he goes and this camp is where gang members eat, sleep, play, games, and do chores. • GTA V to have First-Person Mode, PS4 and Xbox One First to Receive Update

GTA V to have First-Person Mode, PS4 and Xbox One First to Receive Update

Rockstar Games, the owner of Grand Theft Auto franchise, unveiled a new footage of Grand Theft Auto from the version set for release on the PS4 and Xbox One on 18th November, and on PC on 27th January, 2015.

There are so many new things about this version, Grand Theft Auto V, but this time around, Rockstar has delivered more than a technical upgrade – it’s given players an entirely new way of playing the game. The GTA maker has added a mode to this version where you can play it out in the first-person. According to the company, this mode will be customisable, so you can play from a first-person perspective while walking around on foot and while driving, but not during a gunfight while hiding behind cover.

“It’s a very intense, in-your-face experience… literally,” says Rob Nelson, the GTA 5 Animation Director. “Obviously, we felt like one of the most compelling things you could do to make an experience people have had before feel different was the new first-person mode.”

This new perspective will also give you a better view of the amazing graphics all over the San Andreas, including pedestrian and traffic density, a farther draw distance, and more real weather effects. It also changes how you’ll experience the story, as events that take place in a mission happen around you rather than from the zoomed out view you got in the original.

Along with better graphics, Rockstar has thrown a bunch of little improvements into the world of Grand Theft Auto V. The developer has stated that there will be 20 new species of wildlife, 150 new songs, more random chatter from pedestrians and 32 new vehicles.

  • Rockstar Releasing GTA 5 Online Mode Patches For Xbox 360 And PS3

Rockstar Releasing GTA 5 Online Mode Patches For Xbox 360 And PS3

Gamers eager to play the new multiplayer version which went live on Tuesday have been met with frozen loading screens, connection problems and repeated error messages.

Rockstar, the makers of the popular franchise, said the entire team was “working around the clock” to fix the problems as they arise and urged players to remain patient.

A title update for Grand Theft Auto Online is now live on PlayStation 3, with a patch for Xbox 360 slated to launch later today, Rockstar announced in a press statement.

Rockstar says that a PSN server issue was the culprit in PS3 users’ GTA Online woes, as it “was limiting the amount of possible concurrent users,” therefore “preventing most players from accessing GTA Online altogether and as of this morning, that problem was resolved.”

The developer noted that players are having issues completing the introductory tutorial mission on both platforms as well, and that it is “working on unblocking this for everyone as soon as possible,” as well as improving GTA Online server stability.

GTA Online lets up to 16 players form teams and enter the world of Los Santos to carry out crimes, take part in races, complete missions and play sports.

The company had apologised pre-emptively to fans on the eve of the launch in anticipation of problems following record sales of GTA 5 when it was released last month.

The game made £500 million in its first 24 hours on sale and £1 billion after three days – believed to be the fastest entertainment product to reach the milestone.
