Lenovo owned Moto has really upped their game this year, launching a lot of handsets already the company has also introduced the Moto G4 Play in the country. The phone which sells for Rs. 8999 is a budget alternative to the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus.
The big differences include a smaller display and a removable battery, the Moto G4 play is also missing the square fingerprint scanner which has now become iconic to the Moto design.
The phone has two micro-SIM card slots and an independent miroSD card slot for the ability to expand the already loaded 16GB of storage. You will also get 2 GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset. The removable battery is a unique proposition in this price range, as most brands have moved away from this option to a fixed battery.

The phone runs a vanilla Android 6.0.1 out of the box and is designed to let users game on a budget. The UI and usage of the handset it smooth. The company will push and Android N update later this year to all Moto G4 devices.
