Lego, one of the greatest toys ever invented, has blocks made of shiny plastic that make your creations look quite bright and unreal. Etsy seller Studio 1015, has done the obvious and has started making Lego style blocks out of concrete. If you plan to make a huge creation, it will work out quite expensive as they will sell you 6 blocks for a whopping $8.50 plus shipping.
Due to the nature of concrete, the blocks don’t have the tolerances of plastic Lego, and so will not snap together like the real stuff. It might be cool to mix them in with the regular stuff but what we’re wondering is if this can be scaled up to revolutionize the construction industry?
