Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus will soon launch its latest flagship smartphones which will allegedly be called the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro. Rumours about the features and specifications of the upcoming device have been surfacing for a long time. The devices are expected to feature top tier specifications and considerably different design in comparison to their predecessor, the OnePlus 6T. The devices were previously reported to launch on the 14th of May which was not confirmed by the company. Pleasantly, OnePlus’s CEO, Pete Lau via his Twitter has announced that the official launch date of the smartphones will be revealed on the 23rd of April.
OnePlus 7 And OnePlus 7 Pro Details
Both the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are reported to feature the Snapdragon 855 SoC which is the obvious choice for an Android flagship smartphone. The smartphones are also expected to support 40 W fast charging which will be a significant upgrade over the 20 W dash charge on the OnePlus 6T. Reports state that the Pro variant of the upcoming smartphone will have a pop up selfie camera while the standard OnePlus 7 will have the conventional waterdrop notch.
Noteworthy, the bezels around the display are likely to shrink further on future smartphones. Furthermore, leaks claim that both the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro will have triple rear cameras. The devices may even be offered in 10 GB RAM variants which were last seen on the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition.

The placement of ports and buttons on the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro is reported to be the same as the OnePlus 6T. Another leak from the past claimed that the company might even launch a pair of TWS (Totally Wireless Earphones) which are in high demand.
