Folks over at engadget got their hands on a prototype of the “Playstation Phone” . Which is actually officially called the XPERIA PLAY. Specs include (most of them are just guesses)

  • 1 GHZ Processor
  • Adreno 205 GPU
  • Android 2.3
  • 512MB of RAM
  • roadcom BCM4329 wireless chip
