These Phones may cost some dough, but the winner of the Tech Award gives the voters device a chance of winning another smartphone.

      With a dual core CPU, 1 GB RAM, no MicroSD card support, only 1080p screen, medicore battery to it’s size it’s far from beating the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in this category.

      Front speakers and an aluminum chassis isn’t considered ultra high end either.

      The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the clear winner here.
