Google Translate on Android gets update version 2.2, with support for over 14 languages in terms of speech to speech translations. The new interface will allow you to save any translations before they are said out loud. A demo video shows of how simple it can be. Personally till we get our Hands on Siri, we wont comment on any direct blows to it.

Samsung and Google Delay Galaxy Nexus launch to pay homage to Steve Jobs passing away: oh and Galaxy Nexus Video Leaked!
Google and Samsung were all set to launch their prized possession at their “unpacked event”, until Steve Jobs passed away. The company has decided to pay homage to the Technology Titans death by postponing the launch of the supposed Samsung Galaxy Device.
Samsung and Google decide to postpone the new product announcement at CTIA Fall. We agree that it is just not the right time to announce a new product. New date and venue will be shortly announced.
–Samsung
A Spokesperson from Google later commented:
We believe this is not the right time to announce a new product as the world expresses tribute to Steve Jobs’s passing,”
Okay now that the event is not happening, does not mean that some eager individual lacking voice cannot post a sneak peek of the device (Galaxy Nexus)

Google has brilliant taste in computers, but bad taste in Sneakers : Proof
These Sneakers were designed by Evan Steinberg, Google Community Manager for Android and signed by Larry Page. The nike dunks are possibly the worst looking design of the legendary shoes ever.
For starters you have Larry Paige on the tongue of the Shoe, a retro google logo, google maps if you can spot them and not to forget the totally awful color scheme.
Lets hope this is one droid that does not make it mainstream.

Some great news for those waiting in for the Galaxy Players / PMPs running Android and boasting a 5 inch/4 inch screens, the devices will be available along with the Galaxy 730 aka Galaxy Tab 8.9 inch in the last week of october. This information comes from the very depths of the Samsung HQ in NCRand packs a punch especially because there is a tad bit of information regarding the pricing on the PMPs.
We got our hands on with the PMP back at the Samsung Forums, check out the video below.
Spec Sheet
Now here is the awesome part the PMPs are speculated to have the following price : Galaxy Player 4 for 12,500 and Galaxy Player 5 for 15,000 Indian currency. We think that its excellent pricing.
Pricing of the Galaxy 730the MRP remains the same from initial PR : Tab 730 at INR 33,990 which seems a lot more since the 750 sells for much cheaper than that price.
