    Dell Alienware 15, Alienware 17 Powered By Intel Core i9 Officially Launched

    Dell has officially launched Alienware series of gaming laptops powered by 8th Gen Intel processors. These gaming machines are powered by the recently launched Intel Coffee Lake chipsets. Additionally, the company has also launched affordable G-series gaming laptops with a starting price of US$ 749. The 17 inch Alienware powered by Intel Core i9 processor is overclockable up to 5GHz. The 15″ model is currently available on Dell.com for a starting price of US$ 2,400. As of now, there is no information on the pricing or availability of these devices in India.

    The new Alienware series of gaming laptops from Dell comes with either a 15 inch or 17 inch display. These laptops are available in different 8th Gen Intel Core i5, i7 and i9 processors. Similarly, one can choose between NVIDIA GeForce 1060, 1070, and 1080 GPUs. However, there is an option to choose between NVIDIA and AMD Radeon RX570 as well.

    These laptops also have the new cooling technology called ‘Alienware Cryo-Tech v2.0’, which keeps the notebooks cooler using 50% thinner fan blades. As these are gaming laptops, one can upgrade for an additional cost, to get a 120Hz TN+WVA 400-nits display.

    Under the Dell G-series, the company has launched four gaming laptops. The G3 series comes in a 15 inch and a 17 inch display. Similarly, the G5 and G7 series comes with a 15 inch display. These notebooks have an anti-glare IPS LCD display with a max resolution of 3840×2160 px on the high-end G7 Model.

    All four gaming machines have an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processors. The G3 series of notebooks have an NVIDIA GeForce 1050 and 1060 Max-Q GPU, whereas the G5 series notebooks have an NVIDIA GeForce 1050 Max-Q GPU.

    HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming Headphones Launched In India For Rs. 10,499

    HyperX has launched the Cloud Alpha gaming headphones in India for Rs 10,499. According to HyperX, these are the first headphones to feature Dual Chamber technology. The headphones will be available across the country from the 26th of March 2018. The retail package also contains a carry case.

    If you looking for a premium gaming headphones with a budget of Rs 10,000, then you can look at the SteelSeries Arctis 7,  Corsair Void Pro RGB, and the HyperX CloudX Revolver Gears as well.

    The SteelSeries Arctis 7 is a wireless gaming headphone, which supports 7.1 surround sound with an S1 audio driver. These headphones have an Airweave Ear Cushions, which makes you feel comfortable even in long gaming sessions.

    The Corsair Void Pro RGB headphones only work with PC or a console with a USB port. These headphones have a custom 50mm driver, which uses neodymium magnets. Additionally, these headphones are Dolby 7.1 certified, to deliver an immersive audio experience.

    HyperX CloudX Revolver Gears sport a Gear of War themed design. These headphones are tested and approved by Microsoft to use with different Xbox consoles. Unlike The Corsair Void Pro RGB headphones, these have a 3.5 mm headphone jack, which makes them universal.

    The HyperX Cloud Alpha has a 50mm driver. The dual chamber design assists to differentiate bass from mids and highs. The headphones have a memory foam, with an expandable headband. Additionally, the headband and earcups are connected using a red colour aluminium frame, which increases the aesthetic value of these headphones.

    The wired 3.5 mm cable is user replaceable and can connect with a variety of gadgets like Xbox, PS, PC, and Nintendo. However, the retail package does not have adapters required for Xbox One controllers. These headphones have a wide range of frequency from 13Hz to 27,000Hz. Similarly, the device has an impedance of 65 Ohms. Additionally, there is an in-line user replaceable microphone on the headphone, which has a frequency range of 50Hz to 18,00Hz with polar pattern noise cancellation.

    Acer India has officially launched the Predator Orion 9000 gaming PC. The device costs a whopping Rs 3,19,000. The company claims that the Predator Orion 9 is the first computer to have Intel Core i9 Extreme chipset in India. The computer is currently on sale via Acer exclusive and Chroma stores across the country.

Similarly, a user can upgrade the GPU in future using additional PCIe slots. The outer shell of the computer looks like a spacecraft with programmable RGB lighting. The game is based on the romantic situations of the lead character Florence Yeoh. The app was originally released for iPhones and iPads on Valentine’s day. In fact, the game has received a positive response from users as well as reviewers.

    Florence is the first gaming title from the Monument Valley designer Ken Wong’s Mountain studio. The concept has been brought to the mobile platform by Annapurna Interactive. In fact, this is the company that is behind the trending iOS titles like Flower and the puzzle game, Gorogoa. So, the company might launch the Android versions of these as well.

    The game has webcomic-like visuals which look really impressive. In fact, it looks similar to old-school oil paintings. The game is all about discovering yourself by solving simple puzzles. If you are looking for a game with a narrative screenplay, then this could be the game that you can consider.

    As of now, the company has not announced any launch date or pricing. However, it will be a paid app, just like the iOS counterpart.
