I am writing this post on behalf of all the users of mmx Mobile who are protesting against mmx as they are not releasing the kernel source codes of android mobiles…android is open-source which means the mobile maker must release the kernel source codes & the users can modify the kernel…all other companies like htc,Samsung, LG etc release the kernel source codes & even give update to latest android versions but Micromax is such a fraud company that they are not even releasing kernel source codes…they are violating gpl & gnu rules( open-source rules)…if mmx release the kernel source code then we could port cyanageon mode in the android mobiles like a60,a70 etc…the cost of the mmx mobile are cheap coz they don’t care to give any customer care & service…after u have bought d mobile they don’t care about their customers…if ur mobile gets any problem(it may be hardware or software) & u go to service center & then 1 thing is sure ur mobile will never be repaired!!!!and if u r lucky enough then only u will get back ur mobile…there are hundreds of cases where customers have given their mobile to service centers but they didn’t get back their mobile even after 2-3months(if ur mobile needs serious repairing then they send ur mobile to delhi,ur mobile can’t be repaired in local service center)…just think wisely, u r using mmx mobile & presently its condition is good but after few months say 6months u encounted a problem in ur mobile & the moment u go to service center then u will realize how pathetic the customer service is(it can happen with ne 1)…that is the reason why their mobile is so cheap coz after sale they don’t care about their customers…we all are requesting the kernel source codes of a70 mobile over a months but they are not releasing it…they did the same thing for a60 mobile…& they are doing the same thing for mobiles a70,a75,a85 mobile…if u dont believe me then check fb account of micromax mobile…

galaxy y has only one drawback…it has low resolution…. otherwise its a top notch phone… explorer has good graphics.. both these are very good phones as compared to mmx a75 . you can trust me as I have mmx a70 and my friend has galaxy y. … if you want good looks and graphics with a nice phone then go for explorer…otherwise if you want a good quality budget phone then galaxy y.

arey papa… ye gsm arena mein bhi hum logon ne post kiya hai…. if you want to know the reason to pooch lo…. ok let me clarify myself… i have an a70 not a75 (that was a typo, i corrected it now, thanx) look this is my 2nd mmx phone… and i am also advising others against it….though it seems hypocritic of me to do so… but actually the phones mmx are selling are not their original phones.. micromax are just resellers of different chinese phones… you can find most of their products being sold in china by the original company with their respective names (do some research)…. my point is mmx don’t manufacture their own phones…. their 1 year warranty is a big lie… none of their service centers are of any help when your phone is not working properly…. go to any micromax service center and ask the customers in the line.. :) their after-sale service sucks… they just don’t help…. (again search for the topic regarding micromax after-sale service) you will see my point…. I buy their products knowingly that its a gamble because am a student ….so i have limited finances… and am ready to face the consequences when my phone breaks…but many customers (like you) are unsuspecting customers….who may lose their hard earned money if the phone comes out to be faulty…cuz mmx doesn’t care..they just care till you buy their product.
Even my A70 was faulty…but luckily i bought it from flipkart…who replaced it without any question( they give one month replacement offer if faulty) but many ppl are facing this problem with no one to help them.

1. I bought micromax A70 because I needed a cheap but also a decent feature-packed android phone.
2. Yes I knew about there bad after sales service before I bought my phone, but I bought it because it was cheaper than others and I had less money.
3. If you buy a micromax phone and somehow if it has any problem, for example lets say that your speakers are not working, so you go to their service center hoping that they will repair it. Well there is only a 1-2 % chance that they will repair it. Many customers have reported that the service center people are not returning their phone even after months…and even if they return the phone’s problem is not solved, instead the phone is now in a worse condition.
4. Problem with A70: Well If you are lucky then you will get a good phone but some of us got a phone having bad touch screen . so when we contacted micromax service center they didn’t help us . they said it would take months to get the phone replaced. but even after months they don’t replace it. their service center are like hell.. if you love your phone..don’t go there.
5. Go to google search website and type this “micromax after sales service complaint consumer forum” , and hit search. then go to those websites in the results and read about them.

hi friends can anyone of you tell me is it worth to buy micromax a75 as there build quality is really very low graded, i have used q5 model for few months and it has started giving problems in just 2-3 mths. the speaker of the phone gets faulty. and i think it is also priced very high for 9000 rs, i don’t think it is worth 9000. so please guys help me i want dual sim and there are only 2 good choices micromax a75 and spice mi350.
