Google just launched the Nexus 5 along with the latest Android OS 4.4 KitKat, the same day of launch it was said that device like Nexus 4, 7, 10, HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 will soon have the latest update.

Sony’s flagship device is still away from the Android update, and the users are confused if they will get the latest OS to update or not. It seems that Sony recognizes its need to update the customers and therefore tweeted its plans to give further details at some point next week. The tweet said news on: 4.3, 4.4; products & more. DO NOT BUY Sony phone Guys, Check out the number of frustrated customers on their social media pages who have bought sony phones, My phone has been with them since last 25 days, and every day they tell me “Call us tomorrow”. trust me these guys are the most irritating customer representatives, My phone has been with sony service center for 4 times and for 45 days in total, and now they are telling me to get it replaced with another repaired phone. They are a joke in terms of customer experience.
Worst part is their Rjasthan Area Service In-charge Mr. Alok Singh says “Do what you can this is all we are gonna do” and when i requested him to give me his senior’s contact information he said “Search on google, i’m the highest authority at sony”
