Surprisingly, the company has launched a pair of sports shoes in the country which is called ‘Mi Men’s Sports Shoes 2 ‘. As the name suggests, they are the successor to the original Mi Men’s Sports Shoes which were unavailable in the country.

The Mi Men’s Sports Shoes 2 have an attractive design with a thick white coloured midsole and black outsole. The top of the shoes has a unique fishbone structure that Xiaomi claims improve balance and reduce the chances of sprain while intense physical activities.
The Mi Men’s Sports Shoes 2 also have a cushion patch and a TPU midsole which offer comfort to the wearer’s feet even when worn for longer periods of time. Distinctly, the shoes are machine-washable which makes them easy and are available in shoe sizes ranging from UK 6-11.
The Mi Men’s Sports Shoes 2 is available in three colour variants which are Black, Blue and Dark Gray. The shoes are currently available on Xiaomi India’s crowdfunding platform for a price of Rs 2,499 which includes a limited discount of Rs 500 and the deliveries will commence from 15 March.
Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S10 lineup and its first foldable smartphone which is allegedly called the Samsung Galaxy F. The upcoming devices will launch at the Galaxy Unpacked 2019 event which is set for 20 February. The Samsung Galaxy Sport smartwatch was previously spotted at the FCC which revealed its key features. 10 GB RAM- The Black Shark Helo smartphone launched late last year is available in 10 GB of RAM. Therefore, its successor is assumed to have the same or higher RAM storage.
The source does not reveal information about the launch date of the Black Shark 2. But reports claim that the device will launch in the month of April or May this year.

A Weibo post (see source below) shared by a senior Xiaomi executive reveals interesting information about two upcoming Redmi smartphones. The post exhibits that the company is looking forward to launching the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Surprisingly, the post also states that the company is developing a flagship smartphone that will feature the latest Snapdragon 855 SoC. There is no information available about the Redmi flagship but past rumours suggest it will be called the Redmi X.
Redmi X Expectations
Albeit there are no details available about the Redmi X, being a flagship device it is expected to pack high-end specifications. The smartphone is assumed to have a notch display larger than 6-inch and battery capacity upwards of 4,000 mAh. Even though the price of the upcoming device is unavailable it is expected to be priced aggressively.
Note 7 Pro Features
As the name suggests, the Note 7 Pro is a specced up variant of the Redmi Note 7 which was launched earlier this year. Redmi has confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will feature a 48 MP rear camera sensor like its younger sibling. But, the upcoming device will get the Sony IMX586 sensor which is seen on high-end devices like the Honor View20.
A leak shared on a Chinese social media website claims that the Note 7 Pro will be kitted with the Snapdragon 675 SoC which is a significant upgrade over Note 7’s Snapdragon 660. Other specifications like screen size and battery capacity of the upcoming device are expected to be the same as Redmi Note 7.

The Leak
The leak was shared by a twitter user (see source below) The user claims that the upcoming wireless headphones from Xiaomi will be called “Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones Basic” which will be aggressively priced. The tweet does not reveal any specifications of the upcoming device. However, the shared images reveal a lot of information about its features. The two earbuds of the Bluetooth earphones are attached via a wire which sits at the back of the user’s neck.
Notably, the wireless earbuds have an ear hook which will prevent them from easily falling out of the user’s ear. The top part of the left earbud has a tiny LED light that is likely to support multiple colours to indicate different features like batter and power. Going by its name, the Bluetooth earphones will be sweat and water resistant. Therefore they can also be used during sweaty workouts .
The Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones Basic will cost Rs 1,499. The leaked image shows that the wireless earphones will be available in two colours which are white and black. Xiaomi might unveil them along with the Redmi Note 7 which is expected to launch on 12 February in India.

Korean electronics giant, Samsung is all set to launch its new flagship lineup- the Galaxy S10 series. The company is expected to launch four smartphones under this brand name which includes the standard Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10 Lite and the 5G compatible Galaxy S10 X. A fresh report claims that the low spec variant of the Galaxy S10 will not carry the ‘Lite’ suffix and will instead be called something else. As Samsung feels the following suffix will negatively impact the flagship level smartphone.

A Samsung smartphone with SM-G970U model number was previously spotted on Geekbench’s website. Going by the model number it is the low spec variant of the Galaxy S10. The benchmark listing reveals that the device is kitted with the “msmnile” chipset which is the codename for Snapdragon 855. The following chipset is manufactured using 7 nm fabrication process and theoretically draws less power which results in a longer battery backup.

Xiaomi silently unveiled its first Android Go smartphone late last month. The new smartphone is called Redmi Go and is targeted towards the budget segment. The company had previously shared the key features of the device via a twitter post and a fresh listing on a Filipino website reveals its price and specifications.
Redmi Go Specifications and Design
The Redmi Go is a compact and pocketable smartphone with front glass and rear plastic build. The device sports a 5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 px and a pixel density of 294 ppi. The phone packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC which consists of and Octa-Core CPU and Adreno 308 GPU. Connectivity options on the Redmi Go include 802.11 ac W-Fi, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, and bottom mounted Micro USB port for charging and data transfer.
The Redmi Go is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery and runs on the Go Edition of Android 8.1 Oreo. For photography, the device has a 5 MP selfie camera and an 8 MP rear camera along with an LED flash. In terms of memory and storage, the smartphone has 8 GB of Storage and 1 GB of RAM. Notably, the Redmi Go also supports memory expansion up to 128 GB via a dedicated SDcard slot.
According to the listing, the Xiaomi Redmi Go costs Piso 3,990 (around Rs 5,400). However, its Indian price is expected to be much lower than that. Due to the fact, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A which had better specs than this device was priced at Rs 4,999.

Samsung filed a patent for an unusual foldable smartphone with USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) in late 2017 which it was granted on 29 January 2019. The patent exhibits that the company is developing a futuristic gaming smartphone with flexible display and physical gaming buttons.
Surprisingly the gaming phone has a completely different type of folding mechanism. Unlike the Galaxy F, it has an outward folding display which indicates that Samsung is not limiting itself with one type of flexible phone. Notably, the phone also has a foldable gaming bar which consists of a four-way direction pad and six circular buttons which are aligned in two separate rows with three buttons each. The conceptualisation of the device is very intriguing as such controls would open a whole new world of mobile gaming possibilities.

The device will have a triple rear camera setup which consists of 16 MP + 2 MP + 0.2 MP sensors and a 16 MP front camera. The mid-range U570S and U650S smartphones will have dual 16 MP + 2 MP rear camera sensors and a 16 MP selfie sensor. Additionally, the cameras on the upcoming smartphones will also support features like Live Focus, Filters, Panorama and Beauty Face Modes.
Energizer has also revealed that batteries on the upcoming smartphones will range from 3,000 mAh to 4,000 mAh which will support fast charging. In terms of memory and storage, ULTIMATE smartphones from Energizer will have 4 GB of RAM which will be paired with 32 GB to 128 GB of inbuilt storage. The devices will have a contemporary design with gradient glass rear panel and waterdrop notch display with HD resolution. The display panels on the futures smartphones will have an 18:9 or 18.5:9 aspect ratio which will provide for an immersive viewing experience.

Motorola has not announced the launch date of the Moto G7 smartphones but reports claim that the device will be launched on 7 February in Brazil. Also, the leaked device reads the specifications in the Spanish language. Therefore the possibility of this claim is quite high. OnePlus launched the OnePlus 6T smartphone late last year which has turned out to be one of the best smartphones in its segment. Both the OnePlus 6T and Honor View20 have excellent displays with Full HD resolution. However, the former shines in this area as it uses an AMOLED display panel. The LCD display on the Honor View20 is undoubtedly good but it cannot match the illumination prowess of an AMOLED panel. Also, the OnePlus 6T has Corning Gorilla Glass 6 to protect it against hard surfaces and sharp objects.
Processor & Fingerprint sensor
The OnePlus 6T features the Snapdragon 845 Soc while the Honor View20 packs the Kirin 980 SoC. Notably, the Kirin 980 is manufactured using 7 nm manufacturing process which translates in less power consumption and longer battery life. Some of our initial testings also revealed that the Honor View20 was able to load the infamous Pubg mobile slightly faster than its contender. The OnePlus 6T has the futuristic under-display fingerprint sensor while the Honor View20 has a conventional rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. All in all, the fingerprint sensor on both smartphones is very responsive and snappy.
User Interface & OS
Both the OnePlus 6T and Honor View20 run on the latest Android 9.0 Pie and are skinned with custom UI’s of their respective companies. The former runs on OnePlus’s OxygenOS while the latter runs on Magic UI 2. As the two devices run on the latest Android OS, it is more of a consumer’s choice what Android skin suits their needs. Worth mentioning OnePlus is renowned for providing fast Android updates and similar is expected for the upcoming Android Q. While less information is available is about the update timeline for the Honor View20.
Camera
The OnePlus 6T has an f/2.0 aperture equipped 16 MP selfie snapper and the Honor View20 boasts an f/2.0 aperture equipped 25 MP front camera. At least on paper, the front camera of the latter outdoes the OnePlus 6T. Both smartphones have a dual rear camera setup but are comprised of completely different sensors. The Honor View20 has an f/1.8 aperture equipped 48 MP Sony IMX 586 sensor and a 3D TOF (Time Of Flight) camera. The OnePlus 6T, on the other hand, features an f/1.7 aperture equipped 16 MP sensor and a 20 MP wide lens sensor.
Battery and Storage
The OnePlus 6T has a 3,700 mAh battery while its competitor, the Honor View20 is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery. Not only does the View20 pack a larger capacity battery, the 7 nm Kirin 980 further contributes in a longer battery backup. In terms of charging speed, both the smartphones support this feature and can be charged with 20 w of maximum power.
Both the OnePlus 6T and Honor View20 have an exceptional build quality and are loaded with remarkable features. The Honor View20 exceeds the OnePlus 6T with its fascinating look, faster SoC, larger battery and better camera resolution. Apple launched the iPod in the year 2001 which revolutionized the music industry. Apple also introduced the earbuds which were a key driver for the success of the portable music player. Over the years, the company has launched several versions of the earbuds which were succeeded by EarPods in the year 2012. In late 2016, Apple unveiled the AirPods which have become the de-facto standard for wireless earphones.
Except for its own range of audio accessories, Apple also owns the Beats by Dre audio accessory brand which it acquired in the year 2014. After acquiring Beats, Apple added a few products to the brand but that has slowed down after 2015. Last year, Ming-Chi Kuo, a reputed Apple analyst claimed in that Apple will launch a pair of over-ear style headphones which unfortunately did not happen. A fresh report published by Bloomberg suggests that the headphones are likely to launch soon.
Except for the rumour that Apple is readying a pair of wireless headphones, any detail about its features and specifications is unavailable. The Bloomberg report mainly talks about Sonos launching a new lineup of high-end headphones. But it also states that Apple will launch a pair of Over-ear headphones in the second half of 2019. Siri Integration- Like the Apple AirPods, the anticipated headphones are expected to have Siri integration which will allow users to wirelessly control features on their iPhone.
W1 Chip- The Apple W1 is a SoC from Apple which is used in the AirPods and several Beats headphones. It is used for a streamlined and seamless wireless connection between Apple products. Therefore the high-end over-ear headphones are assumed to feature this chipset.
Wireless Charging- Reports in the past have claimed that Apple is developing AirPods with wireless charging support and a similar feature is also expected from the over-ear Apple headphones.
