Asus has pushed the release of their Prime tablets due to issues with the stability of  Wifi chipsets on them. The Prime were the first tablets to be showcased with Androids latest and greatest Ice Cream Sandwich. The company says that “the WiFi range on the TF201 did not meet our quality standards” and will not release the tablet till it met with standards.
Asus has clarified to this issue by saying that the tablet is now being prepped to be released a week late post 19/12/11, but are still skeptical if they can implement a fix by then.
The Asus Transformer prime with Nvidia Tegra 3 and Ice Cream Sandwich has gone up for preorder in the United States. Making it the first Nvidia Tegra 3 tab and the first tablet with Ice Cream Sandwich. This Hybrid tablet will be available in December and will feature a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.2 megapixel front camera. It will initially come with Android 3.2 which will be later upgraded to ICS.
It will be available in two color options of amethyst gray or champagne gold and two storage sizes 32 GB for US$500 and 64GB for US $ 600 (Rs 25000 and 30,000 [...]
Asus has officially announced its revision to the Asus EeePad Transformer, this one dubbed the “Transformer Prime” will feature enhancements inside out. The major changes include the all new Nvidia Tegra 3 SOC with quad core processors and 12 core GPU, the enhanced 10.1 inch Super IPS LCD display. The new tab will also feature a 8.3mm-thick/ thin body, mini-HDMI output, microSD slot ( for next Gen. upto 64GB)Â

Motorola has finally announced the long rumored Motorola XOOM 2 and XOOM 2 Media edition tablets. The Xoom 2 features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, Android 3.2, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 10.1-inch display. It has a front facing 1.3 MP camera along with a 5 MP auto focus rear shooter. The device will also have a flavor of Motorola’s new Splash-guard protection.

The  Device is one of the first tablets to show instances of Honeycomb 3.2 in person, But don’t fall easy for the cheap price tag, you will need to tie yourself in a deal with the ISP for a long and problematic contract. The device is also available outright for ¥44,800 or INR. 28,000, which is still cheaper than the Galaxy 750 / tab 10.1s asking price.
The Device is a WiFi only 7 inch device with Android 3.2 Honeycomb and a Unibody shell.
Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy S2 and Tab 8.9 with LTE. Both devices are sporting an updated dual-core processor running at 1.5GHz, while the S II is also getting a size bump and moving up to a 4.5-inch screen. Huawei becomes the first manufacturer to launch an Android 3.2 Device. The 7 inch touchscreen has a capacitive input and a high 217 pixels-per-inch IPS display. There is also the 1.3 megapixel front-facing , 5 megapixel rear-facing cameras which make the device a good business and fun/social accessory.
