After over a year of speculation, Bentley has finally confirmed that it will produce an SUV. The new model line will be built in Crewe and will go on sale in 2016.
The new model will will represent the brand’s hallmarks of “luxury, performance, quality and craftsmanship”, and Bentley says that it will be the “most luxurious and most powerful SUV” on the market. The announcement of a production SUV follows the Bentley EXP 9 F concept, which was shown at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The as-yet unnnamed SUV will help create 1,000 jobs in the UK.

For the uninitiated among you, The Goodwood Festival of Speed (FoS) is an annual hill climb featuring historic motor racing vehicles, held in the grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex, England, every June/July. Visitors can expect to see lots of cars and motorbikes from over 100 years of worldwide motor racing history as well as newer models take a shot at the hill run. An immensely popular event, 1,50,000 people regularly attend the FoS. Here are some of the newer cars which were seen at the 2013 FoS, which was held over the last weekend.

Suzuki had unveiled the S-Cross SX4 crossover at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and now its engine line up has been revealed. According to the recently revealed future plans of the Japanse automakers, a smaller vehicle that will use the same underpinnings will be launched soon.
The S-Cross SX4 will be offered with 2 engines. The 1.6-litre turbocharged diesel unit produces 119 hp and 320Nm of torque and power is transmitted to the front wheels or all four wheels via a six-speed manual transmission.
