Google has launched the Google Pixel Slate at its hardware event today. Google calls it the ‘perfect combination’ of a tablet and laptop and it features rounded edges. As the leaks suggested, the tablet is available in midnight blue colour. The Pixel slate has a pixel density of 293 ppi, and a 6M pixel display. This is Google’s second attempt at making a perfect tablet as it improves on their OS design. It supposedly provides the sharpest picture in the category with 8K content playback.
