Apple has just announced a new Mac OS at WWDC 2014, dubbed Yosemite, with great new feature and visual enhancements. However one new feature in the new redesigned Mail for Mac is taking a straight dig at Dropbox. Now with MailDrop every time you send an email with a file larger than the recipients server can accept, apple will automatically upload the large file to iCloud and create a download link for the user on the other end.

Apple yesterday announced a flurry of new products from the new iPad Air to the iPad Mini with Retina Display, brand new Mac Pro and a revamped Macbook Pro with retina display. Possibly the most subtle and less talked about are the software launches. Apple launched the new Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks and 7 new applications including a revamp of popular iMovie, iPhoto and Garage Band which made the iLife suite and work based Pages, Numbers and Keynote which made the iWork suite. Apple has just announced that Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks will be available to all MAC owners running Snow Leopard or later as a free of cost upgrade. This release includes iBooks, Maps, a revamped Calendar and Air drop sharing with enabled devices on iOS 7. This is fantastic news for all those who stuck out the Mountain Lion update, as now most users will be able to jump directly to 10.9 free of cost. After a significant amount of time in beta, the next version of Apple’s Mountain Lion, 10.8.3 has finally been released to the public.

The desktop variant download includes a new MiniPlayer for playing tracks in a widget-sized window. Apple has launched a new Macbook Pro 13 Retina Display, amongst the many things the company is going to reveal. The new Macbook Pro 13 inch with retina is just .75-inches thick.” That’s 20% thinner than before”. Its also only 3.5 pounds, about a full pound lighter than before, and the lightest MacBook ever. The Macbook Pro Retina 3 inch has a 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, That’s a 4x boost from the original Macbook Pro 13 incher.

Just some time back Apple started pushing iOS 6 to all iOS devices (compatible ones at least), in support Apple has also started seeding the newest Software Update to the Mountain Lion users. The 10.8.2 brings several things including Facebook Integration and most importantly for Macbook Pro users the update is said to bring a secret Battery life Fix.
