Sony launched a waterproof tablet under its Xperia brand at the IFA electonics trade show in Berlin today.
The tablet features a 9.4-inch IPS screen with a 1,280×800-pixel resolution and uses Sony’s TruBlack panel, which the company says provides more vibrant colors, deeper blacks, and minimal screen reflections.

Sony Xperia Neo L is a revision to the Xperia Neo V launched last year. This smartphone is the first Sony handset to arrive integrated with ICS. Hardware components include a 1GHz processor, a 5MP autofocus camera, a 4-inch screen with a 854 × 480p resolution and a front-facing VGA camera for video calling.
The phone has a microSD expansion slot, 1GB of internal memory and 512 MB RAM, a1500mAh battery is expected to provide the juice for about 8 hours of talk time and approximately 575 hours of standby on 2G.

Sony has started pushing out the new Software update for the Xperia S to Android 4.0.4. Among several features and fixes already included in the Android Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade, will be several add ons from Sony Mobile. The Sony Xperia S, was launched recently in India, and despite the high price and low specs seems to doing just great in the market. The device has an impressive display one of the best till date, with a 1280×720 px resolution crammed into a 4.3 inch display along with the Mobile Bravia Engine .
First impressions of the device make you feel like the phone is more eye-candy and less functional, but that is quickly changed when you power on the device and the crisp display shows up. The phone appears to be very functional and responsive.
