The rollout of iOS 6.1 hasn’t gone as smoothly for Apple as the company would have liked and it would be eager to make sure that iOS 7 does not follow a similar path.

Apple has released a small bug fix update for iPhone and iPad users. iOS 6.0.2 is rolling out now to phones and tablets, promising only one minor change: “Fixes a bug that could impact Wi-Fi.”
There have been a number of complaints related to malfunctioning Wi-Fi connections on the iPhone 5, so this could be a welcome update for many users.
Apple’s failure to provide more specifics on just what the Wi-Fi fix addresses means we can only guess at what issues the update really aims to correct. Some iOS 6 users have reported issues with cellular data [...]

iOS 6 is going to hit your iPhones at about 10:30 PM IST (GMT +5:30) today. If you have a phone that relies on software unlocks to work, of if you are someone who simply enjoys the freedom Jailbreak offers, then you might wanna hold on to your horses. iOS 6 brings about lots of new changes to existing iPhone users, and extra ones to iPhone 4s users (like flyover and Panorama) while the new iPad owners get Siri!
If you are ready to make the shift, then keep your bandwidth ready, because considering the amount of iOS devices out there (despite Apple’s massive CDN) this might be a slow download.
