While there are much more heinous things in the world, like crime and terror. It seems that the world has taken a strong stand against the redesign of one of the most popular apps on everybody’s smartphone today.
Leave it up to Facebook to take something you love (like your profile page) and replace it with something millions have to get used to (like the Facebook timeline). Agreed at first this bitter change in unacceptable, but then most people do what they should; accept it and not do a single thing about it.

Looks like Google is working itself through some major changes. Barely a month back, the company’s organizational structure went through a major overhaul. The internet-based tech company announced that it had renamed itself as Alphabet. Making Alphabet the umbrella company that owns Google and the other companies that Google owned. With Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin running Alphabet as CEO and President, respectively, while Sundar Pichai became the new CEO of Google under Alphabet.
To go with the new grown-up company, it now has a new look.
A month ago Yahoo started a 30 day campaing to finalize its logo, and today the company has finally revealed what that is going to be. Yahoo’s CEO Marissa Mayer began this project to give some fresh visual interest into the now less popular tech brand, while keeping the familiar color and exclamation point. A lot of new companies have transformed to new logos this year including Microsoft, Ebay and even Motorola after its Google acquisition.
We wanted a logo that stayed true to our roots (whimsical, purple, with an exclamation point) yet embraced the evolution of our products.

Nokia introduced its”Connecting People” advertising slogan, coined by Ove Strandberg and used since 1992. Nokia was the world’s largest vendor [...]
