The company has now confirmed its Indian debut for May 19 and is sending media invites for the mega event. The company is tight lipped about its first smartphone in India, but the speculations are riff about the Nubia Z9 mini.

Nubia Phones by ZTE, a telecommunication systems company with its headquarter in China, is going to be the newest entrant in the Indian smartphone market. Sources close to iGyaan have confirmed that Nubia phones will pave their way very soon to the country.
The initial projection of the company proposes that it will take the smartphone market by surprise. The Nubia line up of phones are known to have powerful specs and are priced aggressively. This will give stiff competition to the existing smartphones companies like Samsung, HTC, Sony, LG and Motorola in India.
Post bigger display, the tech manufacturers have shifted their focus to another pivotal design factor, bezel-less display that will give new dimension to the smartphones. Oppo has shown off its near bezel-less phone model the R7 a while back, but Chinese equipment maker Nubia’s latest release is far ahead of Oppo’s offering.
Today ZTE’s premium brand Nubia unveiled a flagship device that sports high-end features with a brand new technology. Dubbed as the Z9, the device packs “Frame interactive Technology” or “FiT” in short, which enables an array of new controls on the aluminium mid-frame. These [...]
