I picked up this after looking at the hardware specifications, screen size, 4:3 orientation (unlike the rest of the very rectangular ones these days), and comparing it with the rest of the very budget tablets, some pointers
    1. Good, but not a great screen
    2. Camera’s are good under proper lighting, in the night under a tubelight it sucks
    3. usual android fare, nothing out of the ordinary
    4. more than 10 apps open and it starts lagging pretty badly
    5. i have found that sometimes it takes a while after to press on an icon for the app to open, its erratic, sometimes it opens right away and sometimes it really takes its own sweet time
    6. the look and feel of the device is absolutely gorgeous – it feels like a device which is twice the cost, the buttons on the side feel very premium and have a good click to it. There is a back button next to the volume rocker key which is like a manual back button in case you get stuck in some app – which i liked very much. The bezel around the device is also plastic chrome and looks really neat.
    7. it has a  fully functional phone (2G/3G – with data) in it, though you cant keep it up to your ear (which frankly, i m sure will look and feel ridiculous) but has a decent wired headset which you can use, you can pair it with a bluetooth headset or what i like to do is to use the internal microphone and loudspeaker to make the calls when i am at home.
8.came with a screen guard – after i put the screen guard the touch response almost went dead, so took it off and started using it – went back to how it is supposed to work.
    9. i know that android is infinitely customizable, but please – when you compare it with the user experience of the iOS – android feels like a little immature kid.
have not played any graphic intensive games on it yet – and i’m not really into gaming, as of now it seems to take care of all my basic needs of Facebook, Twitter, e-Mail, youtube and Browsing (pretty basic). its not an iPad for sure, but you pay 1/3rd the price for this one.  so expect it to be 1/2 as good.
