Nokia Launches Dual Sim Asha 305 and Asha 311 Phones in India – Hands On Video (PR)

Nokia has today launched their new range of “Budget Smartphones” in India. The Asha 305 and Asha 311 are what nokia calls the consumers smartphone, where smartness lies in their capabilty of delivering value to the consumer.

Karun Chandhok, Formula One Driver, was present to launch the devices along side Viral Oza, Director Marketing, Nokia India.

The most prominent feature for these touch screen dual sim phones is probably the internet connectivity boasted by the new Nokia Cloud browsers that will deliver compressed data (compressed on Nokia servers) by upto 85 %, to deliver a faster and cheaper internet experience.

Nokia’s new tie up with EA Sports offers 40 free games to download and keep forever, although these games are Java versions of their popular counterparts. Nokia is also touting Maps, Nokia Music and Nokia Apps as a prominent feature in these phones.
