Chinese electronics and digital content major Leeco (Formerly LeTV) is now only a year and few months after its mega launch in India in serious financial problems. The brand which propelled ahead launching product after product and spending large sums of money for marketing and rebranding has a serious cash crunch.

That is a steal price for this phone and definitely a good deal. The Lenovo Z2 plus launched earlier this week also comes at a similar price however the LeMax 2 does include better features. LeEco’s Le Pro 2 successor has been launched running the Snapdragon 821 chipset. The LeEco Le Pro 3 features a 5.5 inch 1920 x 1080 p display with a 2.5 d curved glass. The display has a brightness of 500 nits.
Design wise the phone is reminiscent of the the Le 2 Â and Le Max 2 unibody construction. There are several options for buyers to choose from 4GB RAM option with 32 or 64GB storage and 6GB RAM variant with 64GB or 128GB.
Also like it’s predecessors, the Le Pro 3 will not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack and utilizes the USB Type-C port for CDLA audio.

LeEco has been taking initiative against Apple, first be removing the headphone jack from the Le 2 and Le Max 2 phones, and now it appears they are attempting to launch a phone with a dual camera module, and will beat Apple to market with it.

LeEco is not satisfied with providing 6 GB RAM and the company is working towards a phone with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The Next flagship from the company is in works and will ship with latest Snapdragon 821 chipset.
Seen here in three colours, the phone will be a beefier variant of the Le Max 2 and will also sport a few new key features. The phone is also reportedly going to have a 25 MP camera at a price of 3000 Yuan which is roughly Rs. 30500.

With the official launch of the OnePlus 3 out of the way it has really come to a point where we can discuss the two elephants in the room. The LeEco’s Le Max 2 and the OnePlus 3 share quite a lot of similarities. However, this time around OnePlus has stayed away from the Hype and launched the phone outright, no invite system and no dramas for flash sales.
Both the OnePlus 3 and LeEco Le Max 2 have similar unibody metal designs, along with a camera module that sits slightly jutted out. The Le Max 2 has a fingerprint sensor on the back, whereas the OnePlus 3 keeps the sensor below the front display.

The LeMax 2 will go on sale later this month and is expected to attract a lot of demand, especially because the price is slightly less than the price expectation of the OnePlus 3 which is expected to go on sale for Rs. 23999 for the same configuration of 4GB RAM plus 32GB of Storage.

With the launch of LeEco’s new LeMax 2, a lot of people will be shifting their attention to this now new budget flagship handset from the Chinese manufacturer.
It offers up not only a big up on design and build considering an all Aluminum shell but also includes some amazing new features designed to woo the customer.

LeEco has launched the new Le 2 in India at prices as expected by us in India.  The company has launched the Le 2 at a price of Rs. 11999 in India, but, what is more interesting is the Le max 2 which has been launched for Rs 22999 in India. The company also claims to sell 300 units to lucky buyers for as low as Re.1.
The Le 2 has a 5.5-inch HD display, a 2.3GHz deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 SoC and 3GB of RAM. LeEco is set to launch their revision to the Le 1s, the Le 2, Â on the 8th of June in India. According to rumours the phone will become available immediately, but the company might be thinking of shifting its sale from Flipkart to Amazon to cater to large customer requests.
