Over the years, display manufacturers have gone to great extents to create gorgeous looking TVs that not only add a dash of class to your home, but also are an embodiment of the latest technology available in the market.

The human population is massive. It is currently estimated to stand at 7 billion. Environmentalists state that the optimum number of humans on the planet should have been 2 billion; we are a resource intensive species. Unlike the animals, we are used to a regular supply of food and water apart from clothing and other resources. Providing food for all of us is a massive affair. Our fertilizer induced lands have lost most of their natural nutrients, and they are overburdened. In these times, it is necessary to find farming alternatives that can help to bring a sustainable change in our food production mechanisms. One such method is Hydroponics.
Home automation is a tech segment that is attracting a lot of attention from the big brands such as Samsung, Apple and others. Living in an automated home actually feels like living in the future that Sci-fi writers from back in the day envisioned. Now the technology exists but is still away from the reaches of regular folks, but you can get a taste of the future using Anymote Home.
Anymote is a universal remote, which the makers claim is capable of controlling over 800,000+ devices, which is a big claim. It is not one of your conventional universal remotes; this baby lets you convert your smartphone or tablet into a [...]
Now this is surprising coming from Microsoft. The company will try to consolidate all the systems currently running on previous versions of Windows by offering an incredible deal. The next operating system release, Windows 9 might come as a free upgrade for Windows XP, Vista and 7 users.
The thought must have dawned on Windows executives when they saw the WWDC this year when Tim Cook incorrectly stated a low Windows 8 adoption rate (about 14% in comparison to Maverick’s 51%). It did get called out on the internet by Windows enthusiasts who found the figures to be wrong (Windows 8 to Mavericks ratio is about 5 to 1), but [...]
