Apple has announced a much-awaited upgrade to its Apple TV lineup which is now capable of playing movies and TV shows at 4K Ultra HD resolution.
Under the hood, the Apple TV 4K now features an A10X Fusion processor, the same as what’s currently in the iPad Pro and 3GB of RAM. This upgraded internals should allow for smooth playback of 4K content at up to 60 frames per second. Apple is also concentrating on HDR with the latest Apple TV, as it supports both Dolby Vision and HDR10. These high dynamic range technologies allow for brighter highlights and an expanded range of colors on television sets that support HDR.

Andy Sum, developer of Crossy Road, had a big moment when he took to stage to talk about his game. He described Crossy Road as an endless arcade hopper game.
