iPhone 11 Series Multiple Camera Setup Confirmed

We have already seen what form factor Apple’s new iPhone 11 series will sport. However, the first confirmed report of their designs is finally surfacing amidst numerous rumours and leaks. Apple’s much-awaited latest generation of flagships has now had its multiple camera setups configurations spotted through a case. These protective cases include designs of the upcoming iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max, and the iPhone 11R.

Olixar, one of the most renowned cases and accessories manufacturers for smartphones, has made glass protectors for the iPhone 11’s rear cameras set up. The camera covers carry designs for all three variants of Apple’s latest flagship devices. Furthermore, the UK based retailer made a video regarding the camera protectors design which also reveals that the product is already being mass produced and ready for sales.

    iPhone 11

This showcases the company’s confidence in the layout of the protectors being accurate. It can be seen that the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max sport a triple camera module while the iPhone 11R receives a dual camera system, an addition of one camera in the whole series overall. From the given designs, the camera cut-outs also point at a quad-LED flash on the back with a thinner camera bump overall. It is expected that Apple will provide improvements to the Smart HDR on the upcoming devices.

The rumours surrounding the latest iPhone series camera may suggest Apple adding a 120-degree wide-angle lens for the first time in its devices. Additionally, a standard primary shooter and a telephoto lens that is optically stabilized is expected to make a return once again. iPhone 11R, on the other hand, will probably only sport the standard primary camera alongside the telephoto lens.

Chinese tech giant, Huawei has been facing tough times lately after the US Commerce Department imposed a trade ban on it. The said ban has been imposed over accusations that the hardware and networking equipment sold by the company has back doors which can reveal sensitive user data to the Chinese government. Following the ban, all American companies had to end any sort of trade relations with Huawei. The biggest setback that the company had to face was in the form of support withdrawal for Android by Google. However, the company has been reportedly trying to overcome the hurdle by launching its in-house developed operating system which is allegedly called ArkOS or HongMeng OS.  Huawei Nova 5i

Huawei Pushes Back The Launch Date Of The Mate X To September

In the month of February, Chinese tech titan, Huawei launched the world’s first 5G foldable smartphone which is called the Huawei Mate X. Apparently, the device competes against the Galaxy Fold from Samsung which has an inner folding design. The device was set to go on sale starting 26 April, however, due to some technical issues the launch of the device was delayed for an undefined period. The device was plagued with display issues which were faced by early reviewers including Youtubers and social media celebrities.

To prevent the same situation happening with the Mate X, Huawei has pushed the launch date its foldable device. Instead of the original date of commercial availability which was set to June, the device will now go on sale in the month of September. Huawei claims that after the debacle of its rival from Samsung, the company wants to make sure their offering is upto the mark and is consumer ready.

Although, reports also suggest that the reason behind the delay of Mate X’s launch date is the trade ban that has been imposed on the company by the Commerce Department of the US. Despite the fact, it cannot be confirmed what the actual reason behind the delay of the device is. All in all, only time will tell what the future beholds for Huawei and its devices. To recall, the following are the specs and features fo the Mate X:

The Huawei Mate X has a futuristic design with front glass and rear metal construction. The device when in its folded state is 11 mm thick and only 5 mm thick when in the unfolded state. The right side of the smartphone is occupied by the volume rockers and the power button that also doubles as a fingerprint sensor. The Mate X sports an 8 inch foldable display that has a resolution of 2480 x 2200 px and 8:7.1 aspect ratio. However, when in folded state the large display can be used as two separated front and rear displays. The front display measures 6.6 inch while the rear display measures 6.38 inch.

The Mate X has a Leica optics equipped triple camera setup which is vertically placed on the right edge of the rear of the smartphone. Uniquely, the triple camera setup on is also used to take selfies as the rear display can be used as a control for the camera shutter. The bottom of the smartphone houses dual microphone pinholes, loudspeaker grille, and a USB Type-C port which can be used for charging and data syncing. The Mate X packs the Kirin 980 SoC which consists of an Octa-CPU and the Mali G76 GPU. It is powered by dual batteries which have a combined capacity of 4500 mAh and are present in either half of the handset. Praiseworthy, it also supports super fast charging at 55 watts.

iPhone 11 To Have Bigger Battery And Better Speakers

Apple has been hard at work for improving the user experience in regards to its ecosystem. The American company plans on achieving better standards through both its software and hardware-based tinkering. iPhone 11

The iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max were seen in a video, which surfaced on the internet, that showcased both the smartphones. In the video, the iPhone 11 Max was claimed to sport a large 4,000mAh battery pack. This is a significant upgrade over last generation iPhone XS Max that was equipped with a 3,174mAh battery capacity. Apple’s iPhone XR currently holds the title for the longest lasting battery life in an Apple handset till date. Surprising to say the least, especially when the iPhone XS Max costs almost twice as much as the iPhone XR. The 2019 model of the aforementioned iPhone is also rumoured to ship with slightly larger battery capacity.

    Speakers

Apple first introduced stereo speakers in its flagship handsets back in 2016, with the iPhone 7. However, not a lot of changes have been made to the formula ever since. The tech giant is now reportedly improving the quality of the speakers in the latest iPhone 11 series flagship. The speaker module will apparently be smaller than the ones found in past iterations, probably to house the larger battery size. Regardless of the form factor, it will still be able to output crisper sounds from the new speakers according to the video.

Google Chrome 76 Beta Update Now Offers Better Anonymity

Over the last few Google Chrome updates, build 73 was essentially the one that introduced a notable feature in the form of dark mode. Google Chrome builds 74 and 75 only focused on nominal aspects such as bug fixes and security. The tech giant, however, in a rather quiet manner added key new features that will make anonymity more easily achievable for users browsing online.

    Google Chrome

One of Google Chrome’s developer had conveyed that the browsers Incognito mode (or Private more) had always been detectable by a website. Basically, certain subscription-based online channels that had their revenue tied to the users that visit the website could ascertain whether or not it was the same person logging in from an anonymous private mode. This allowed such organizations to charge the user and disallow them from availing the initial first free entry over and over again. The aforementioned ability is now being taken away from developers for furthering user anonymity and privacy when browsing on Incognito Mode.

Google’s Chromium blog post had another major focus, to have its latest Chrome builds putting more emphasis on phasing out Adobe Flash. The software already has been blocked by numerous major browser in different degree and manner for years now. With the adoption of the build 76 in Chrome, the browser takes new strides in keeping clear of it. Adobe Flash is now turned off by default in Google Chrome, including all of the individual flash items alongside the software. Interested users can discover this setting in the Beta build by going to “chrome://settings/content/flash” and finding the ‘Ask First’ settings turned off beforehand.

The movements can also be selected by using real-time javascript functionality; which does not require compiling to save a command. Google claims the tool has thousands of 3D objects like animals and plants which can be placed inside the game.
