Google Pixel 4 Live Images Leaked Online

Google’s highly awaited flagship, the Pixel 4 is expected to be launched in the upcoming months. Following the lines of the company’s previous launches, the device will be unveiled in the month of October. Previously, Google put a rest to all ongoing rumours and speculations by revealing the design of the Pixel 4 itself. Ahead of any other announcements by the American technology company, live images of the Google Pixel 4 have surfaced online, showcasing the camera setup of the device in all its glory.

    Google Pixel 4

The smartphone’s rear resembled Google’s renders to a good extent. A fabric case seems to be housing the device. Apart from the aforementioned information, not a lot of details can be deduced from the image. However, sources state that the front of the Pixel 4 accommodated a dual selfie-camera, similar to the likes of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL.

As per another report, Google may incorporate multiple sensors alongside the front camera in the Pixel 4. These may include a ToF sensor and a flood illuminator. As reported previously, Google may also revive the Project Soli, which implements a gesture-based control system using the “always aware” sensor. Music commands such as ‘Skip’ and ‘Silence’ were also found in the code of Android Q beta, indicating that media controls might also be integrated with the Pixel 4.

It is quite clear that the Pixel 4 will feature a similar camera design to the rumoured iPhone XI. The upcoming Google smartphones will have a dual camera setup; which may be comprised of a primary lens, a wide angle lens and an additional spectral sensor which keeps the light flicker in check while recording video. Since the back of the smartphone appears to fabricated out of glass, the device may support wireless charging. Furthermore, the absence of a physical fingerprint scanner on the back panel indicates that the Pixel 4 will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. Unfortunately, the company has not divulged any other details regarding the handset yet. More information is expected to be available in the month of October when Google finally unveils the device lineup.

It is expected that Google will launch the latest iterations of its Pixel lineup of smartphones in October this year. According to reports, Google is working to incorporate air gestures in Pixel 4. This is believed to be because of two commands named ‘Skip’ and ‘Silence’ found in the code of the Android Q Beta. Likely to be media controls, the commands may be enabled via dedicated hardware detecting the user’s hand movements. As the Pixel lineup is the poster child for Android and all its core features; it is assumed that the gestures might make an appearance in the next generation of the smartphones. The new gestures will require an always aware sensor present inside the Pixel 4.

A similar implementation was seen in the LG G8, which utilised a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor to capture hand movements for controlling certain elements of the device. Unfortunately, more details about the Pixel 4 are not available yet, but it is expected that more information is unravelled; as we move closer to the launch of the handsets in October.

Battery Capacity Of The Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Series Revealed

Samsung is known for launching its Galaxy Note series smartphones at the end of summer every year. Going by the same launch cycle, the South Korean company’s upcoming flagship, the Galaxy Note 10 is expected to be unveiled in the month of August 2019. Ahead of its official announcement, rumours regarding the device have started to surface. For instance, the company is planning to introduce at least two Note models this year, which are the Note 10 and the Note 10 Pro. Leaks suggest that both the devices will pack a 4,170 mAh battery.

    Galaxy Note 10 Pro Renders

As per sources, the model numbers for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Pro will be SM-N975 and SM-N976 respectively. Reports further state that the model numbers were attributed to a single model with 4G and 5G support respectively. In terms of specifications, the Galaxy Note 10 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen. In terms of storage, the device packs 128 GB ROM for the base variant. It is most likely to be powered by a 4,170 mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, although rumours regarding 25W fast charging have also surfaced.

On the other hand, the specced-up variant of the Note 10, the Note 10 Pro will feature a larger 6.8 inch AMOLED display and the same 4,170 mAh battery present in its younger sibling. The Pro version would pack 256GB of internal storage for the base variant, with an option to expand to 1TB of ROM. Since a larger display will consume more battery, the battery life of the Note 10 Pro will definitely undercut that of the Galaxy Note 10.

Google Pixel 4 Renders Leaked On Twitter

Google’s flagship smartphone, the Pixel series, are now caught amidst various rumours. Leaks across the internet showcase entirely different form factors and design. One of the most reliable sources from which information can be gathered is from a leakster OnLeaks on Twitter. Google had recently launched its mid-range handsets, the Pixel 3a and 3a XL. Anticipation regarding its upcoming flagship smartphones lineup has been building up nearing its announcement in October. The famous leakster OnLeaks (on Twitter) leaked out planned schematics of the Pixel 4. The 5K renders of the latest Pixel flagship are claimed to be based on prototypes and might undergo slight changes before its actual launch.

The most notable aspect of the renders points at the square camera module, similar to the leaked Apple iPhone XI renders. Google Pixel smartphones are known for their class-leading camera capabilities with its single camera sensor setup. The new leaks have pointed to a dual and, quite possibly, a triple camera module at the rear. This will be the first multi-camera function utilized on the Google Pixel. Renders also highlight the lack of a fingerprint sensor, that is traditionally placed on the back of the company’s smartphones.

    Google Pixel

The American company might be going for 3D face recognition tech in addition to in-display fingerprint sensor with the Google Pixel 4. Due to an earpiece being seen in the renders, it is safe to assume a notch will be present this year as well. Two speaker grills are seen on the sides of the USB Type-C port, ditching its front-facing speakers seen in previous iterations. Physical buttons for volume and power can be found on the right side of the device with the left being devoid of any seams. Similar to its predecessors, the Google Pixel skips out on the 3.5mm headphone jack.

The device from the search engine giant might finally cross the 4GB RAM threshold with alleged benchmarks of 6GB variants being seen. Since it is a Google flagship handset, it is destined to ship with the latest version of Android OS which will be Android Q at the time of launch.

The next iteration of the Xbox is expected to define a new era in console gaming. For instance, it is speculated that the upcoming Xbox will support 8K gaming, 120 fps and ray tracing technology. Microsoft has named it Project Scarlett, and more information regarding the gaming console is expected to be available soon. However, a user on social media website Reddit has revealed some key information regarding the upcoming Xbox.

    Microsoft Project Scarlett

The leaks state that the next generation gaming console will officially be named the Xbox V. Microsoft project Scarlett

The Xbox V will not include a disk drive, which explains the lower pricing of the same. Additionally, the console will also compromise on some other hardware specifications, implying that Microsoft wants to take on the cheaper variant of Sony’s PlayStation 5 when it will be announced. On the other hand, the more powerful Xbox VX will feature an inbuilt disk drive, 4K support, and a Blu-Ray reader. Both variants of the Xbox will have 1TB of internal storage by default. The 2TB variant of both consoles will be priced at US$ 100 more than the price of the base variants.

Lastly, the speculated Xbox V and Xbox VX are expected to be released in the month of November 2020. Going by the leaks, the project was named Scarlet but infact the code names of both the consoles are “Lockhart” and “Anaconda”. Taiwanese electronics giant HTC has seen better days. Once a force to be reckoned with, the company has seen its smartphones sales decline sharply over the last few years. Due to increasing competition by Chinese competitors such as Xiaomi, Huawei and OnePlus, the company has lost a major chunk of the market share. Now, latest reports claim that HTC is trying to make a comeback with a mid range smartphone; that it plans on launching on the 11th of June. This device is speculated to be called the U19e and will be a watered down version of the company’s flagship handset due later this year.

As previously mentioned, the alleged HTC U19e will be a mid range offering from the company. Leaked schematics of the device reveal it will have a large display surrounded by minimal bezels. The images show that it will have a dual front facing camera setup, like present in the U12+ from last year. The smartphone has the volume rockers and the power button mounted on the right side. It is also insinuated that the device may also have the company’s active edge feature which acts as a shortcut to apps and commands inside the UI; by squeezing the sides of the handset.
